Shipping policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Elly May Boutique uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping. A $5 flat rate for U.S. shipping will be applied at checkout. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and to receive any relevant tracking information!
*Please note: The expected shipping time does NOT include the order processing period. Shipping time frames begin at the time the package is picked up by the carrier.
MISSING PACKAGES
USPS Policy: USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
UPS Policy: Start a claim within 60 days of the scheduled delivery for packages that have been lost or damaged.
FedEx Policy: File your claim for damaged or missing contents no later than 60 calendar days from the shipment date for U.S. packages.
Please note we are NOT responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are also not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS, UPS or FedEx does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you have provided the wrong shipping address, you must email shop@ellymayboutique.com as soon as possible and we will attempt to resolve the issue. Once an order has been processed and picked up by a carrier, we are unable to make any changes, replace any lost items, or issue a refund.
