Refund policy

 

RETURNS 

If you are unhappy with your order, you can contact us at shop@ellymayboutique.com and we will be happy to assist you! 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. Please note: we will deduct $5 from the store credit to cover the cost of the return label. Don't worry, your store credit does not have an expiration date! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused*, and with all tags, including the Elly May Boutique tag. *If an item is returned with excessive makeup or deodorant stains, a $5 cleaning fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

If your return is within the 14 day window, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and/or eligible for store credit. 


DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact shop@ellymayboutique.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. Damaged or defective items reported after 14 days will be denied store credit. Any issues that arise after Elly May Boutique tags are removed is out of our hands so please check everything before removing any tags!

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. 

 

STORE CREDIT 

We do not offer credit card refunds for any purchases. All accepted returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. This store credit does not have an expiration date!
